People who are wanted by law enforcement, hiding from creditors, drug users, etc. require more work to locate than the average person. People with very common names living in a populated area can also be a challenging locate.

Whether for settlement or trial, we can assist in the legal preparation necessary for case determination. The legal preparation can consist of gathering evidence, locating and identifying possible conflicts of interest, locating witnesses, documenting events and material changes, validating information, researching the background history of parties involved, researching assets, and retrieving court documents that are pertinent to the case.

Whether such evidence will be submitted is up to the attorney. All of our surveillance investigators are trained and experienced in testifying at deposition and trial.
